Junior Agronomist

Job Desk:

Qualifications:

1. Experienced
2. Male, maximum age 35
3. Minimum Agricultural Vocational High School graduate, or experienced in agriculture, agronomy, and planting
4. Ability to build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders (farmers, farmer group leaders) in the local community
5. Ability to understand the business of PT. Zaini Makmur Sentosa and its value proposition, as well as sell solutions to farmers and influence their purchasing decisions
6. Highly results-oriented to achieve set targets
7. High work motivation and good communication skills
8. Able to work individually and in a team
9. Good stakeholder management skills
10. Own a personal vehicle and a motorcycle driving license (SIM C)
11. Preferably domiciled in the placement area, a local resident/native of the area
